One tile. The whole job.

Every vehicle in the shop is a single tile - and almost everything on it is clickable. Hover any part of the tile, or its explanation, to connect the two.

Drag the tile between columns to move the job through your workflow - its place on the board is its status.

Tags

Color-coded labels like “Diagnosis” or “White Glove Special” flag priority, service type, or anything you define - set them up under Manage Tags.

Document number

The work order or estimate number. Click it to open the full ticket.

Customer & status

The customer's name, with an indicator for how the car came in - a drop-off, a waiter (hourglass) when they're on-site, or a loaner when they took a loaner car.

Click-to-text phone

Tap the number to text or call the customer right from the tile - powered by Two-Way Texting.

Vehicle & plate

Year / make / model / trim, license plate and state, with a quick link into full vehicle history.

Physical key tag

The numbered key-tag location for the vehicle's keys - so anyone can find them in seconds.

Writer & technicians

Avatars for the service writer and every assigned tech. Reassign by clicking - see who owns each job at a glance.

Ticket total & balance

The job total, with a green dollar when it's paid and red when there's a balance due.

Age & promised time

How long the car's been here, plus a red promised-time alert when a deadline is near or past.

Quick-action rail

Undo the last move, print the ticket, open notes, and take payment at the register - without ever leaving the board.
